I can't even get into my account to check my results!! And when you try to call, it just goes to voicemail. When you finally get to speak with someone, it’s some rude lady who basically tells you it’s not her issue and to just hang tight. Five days ago, I called and she mentioned it might take up to 10 days (which is gonna push me past my 2-week mark for results). When I called back today, I got the SAME response. Seriously, why did I drop almost $1000 on a service I can’t even use? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, just to watch my money go down the drain? I’m really not pleased.

In their response to me, they claim all customers were informed, but that’s just not true!! I have a bunch of breeder friends who had NO clue either. They’re being dishonest, and I shouldn’t have to keep calling (made 65 calls today) just to get some answers!! Plus, how come I was told 5 days ago it could take up to 10 days, and then today I hear the same thing?! It’s a total lie, and I’m gonna reach out to the BBB and any other agency I can if this keeps up.
